The 3/32” peg is made for compact and travel boards, the boards where a standard 1/8” peg would crowd the track and look out of scale. Tapered to fit 3/32” holes, it seats cleanly, glides smooth, and pulls free without chewing up the hole walls.
If you build travel sets, pocket boards, or any design drilled at 3/32”, this is your peg. And because small boards are often gift and impulse buys, the finish matters even more at this scale. A polished metal peg against wood is what makes a $30 travel board feel like a $60 one.
Precision-machined. These are machined in our central Minnesota shop and finished with local vendors, held to the same fit standard as our 1/8” pegs. Small doesn’t mean sloppy. The taper is cut to seat at the same depth every time, so your customers get a consistent feel across the whole track.
Five finishes, one price. Silver, Black, Copper, Brass, and Stainless. Mix any combination at the same volume price. Note your mix at checkout.
Priced to scale. From 100-peg orders at $0.70/peg down to $0.33/peg at 5,000. Consistent pricing run after run, no middleman markup.
